Beside the profitable Chartering solutions we are creating cost-effective values for our Customers with efficient Operation services based on: – Responsibility for smooth operation of the vessels – safe carriage and delivery of the cargoes without damages and loses. – Performance of the voyages with due dispatch – The vessels are performing the voyages from the ports of loading to the ports of discharge within reasonable and predictable time, avoiding any undue delays. – Weather routing services  – checking on daily basis the weather conditions of the expected area of sailing and amending the route of the voyage, if necessary, in order to be optimized the final financial results from the sailing part of the voyage and to be prevented damages  to the cargo and vessel, taking under consideration safety of the crew and environment. – Minimizing of all expenses needed for performance of the voyage – checking the prices of bunkers, fresh water, provisions, lubrication oils, supplies  at the main points of vessel’s voyage, and selecting the best place where the vessel to be supplied depending on the following criteria – price and payment terms, quality, barging and/or delivery expenses, delay of the vessel, reputation of the suppliers. – Constant bunker survey on board of the vessel at different points of the voyage. Bunker Surveyors are acting independently from company’s employees and vessels crew, on basis of sudden inspections.

Our teams ashore of Naval Architects, Superintendents and Engineers are responsible for vessels’ smooth operation, their good technical condition including maintenance and repairs, performance monitoring, budgeting, vetting, dry docking. Main purposes of our Accountancy and Financial department is arrangement of correct cashflow and payment policy.

Performed payments are recorded, where these items are clearly separated between different categories forming the running costs of the vessels. We provide a comprehensive tailormade OPEX reporting with customized frequency and details.

Financial department is performing constant control of the preliminary determined quarterly and/or annual budget parameters.
